Fundraising Support

We support founding teams typically as they prepare for their Seed or Series A stage fundraising. Usually, these tend to be companies with a small team, a product, and a few initial customers generating some recurring revenue.

Project-based

Most commonly, clients engage us to provide hands-on support to develop their financial model, pitch deck and other deal documentation. We also provide support in reaching out to and contacting potential investors, and provide pitch presentation training.

Interim-based

Often, clients also need hands-on support in brushing up or setting up from scratch their management and investor reporting. In these cases, we can extend our engagement to include interim-CFO services to take the company’s KPI dashboards and finance team to the next level.
