ASK Keller GmbH was founded in West Germany in 1989 as a provider of software solutions for international corporations, German Mittelstand companies, and SMEs. In the 1990s, the company successfully developed its own ERP system which it operated for clients across Europe.
Today, the business advises other software companies and SMEs in other industries on building organisations for tomorrow, growth strategy, fundraising, go-to-market excellence, commercial traction and executive team composition.

Christopher Keller
Managing Director, ASK Keller GmbH
Christopher worked in hybrid M&A and strategy roles for a PE portfolio company and The Telegraph in London after studying Finance and Behavioural Economics in Germany, Australia, and Central America. Since then, he has held interim CFO/Head of Finance positions in startups, growth companies and worked as an M&A consultant for a range of organisations.
Christopher is also an accredited Executive Coach and lecturer in organisational behaviour and change management. As a native English and German speaker, he splits his time between London, Berlin and Munich.

Christopher has extensive experience taking on interim CFO, Head of Finance, and Head of Controlling/FP&A roles to support CEOs and CFOs during major transitions, M&A processes, buy-and-build stategies and fundraising.
Additionally, Christopher has experience owning OKR-linked side-projects, building sophisticated financial models and slide decks, and leading negotiations with external stakeholders.

Christopher also works with clients in a more short-term capacity. These engagements have included buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, implementing strategic planning and commercial traction tools, ad hoc financial modeling work, and leading strategy projects.

A newly appointed manager who was clashing with her team. Coaching helped her understand how her own strengths were undermining her in the context of her team’s dynamics. By becoming aware of assumptions she was making, as opposed to what she actually knew about her team, as well as seeing herself from a different point of view for the first time, she was able to address these issues head-on and achieve an outcome that positively impressed everyone, including her.
A newly appointed CEO who had been given a mandate for a large restructuring which would also involve laying off senior leaders in the business. Coaching helped him reach critical decisions faster, and to prepare for difficult conversations in a way that allowed him to stay to true to his values and achieve results that impressed his board.
A serial founder who was weighing up very different career options. Coaching helped him identify what was really important to him and uncovered some surprising truths about what wasn’t. This helped him decide where to focus his energy.
